For all new patients to MediCann Clinics, you will need to book an Initial Consultation.

The only difference with transferring, is that we would require a Discharge Letter from your previous clinic, before our practitioner can safely take over your care.

Please note that a treatment plan recommended by a previous practitioner does not guarantee that our practitioners will determine that you are eligible or that the same treatment is suitable for you. All treatment decisions and eligibility assessments are made independently based on your individual circumstances, clinical assessment and our practitioners’ professional judgement at the time of your consultation.
